We couldn’t fit the luggage cart in the elevators as they were packed full every time. We walked 5 flights carrying our luggage in multiple trips. First day we realized the shower was clogged. Shower was fixed the next day so that was great. But my family was uncomfortable with a stranger in the place while we were gone, so they wanted a time frame. We didn’t get one, I just happened to walk in and the plumber was there. Additionally, there were no batteries in the remote controller in main bedroom, so we ended up not watching any tv. Both outside patio doors were so hard to pull open, we had to buy WD40 and apply to the doors. We were also given the wrong pool/beach code so another guest shared the code. We received 1 sample for laundry detergent for 5 people staying for 5 nights, 2 rolls of toilet paper, oz of dish soap. Expected more amenities for the price."
