The co-hosts for this property (Madison & Cody) will be your primary point of contact throughout your stay and are happy to assist you with anything that you need. Lost Dunes Cottages

☀ Pools and hot tub are open year round from 8:00am-10:00pm. 1 of the pools is heated seasonally from March thru May. The unheated pool will typically stay warm enough to swim through October and into November.

☀ We use a fantastic house cleaning company that provides clean bedding, towels/wash cloths, and a starter kit for each new guest that includes 1 use of the following items to get you started for your trip: Dishwasher soap, liquid dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent.

☀ This house is on stilts so their are stairs! Stairs to get to the main living area and then stairs to get to the upstairs bedrooms.

The only downsides were that the house had a lingering odor, almost as if the previous guest had been smoking cigars, and the neighboring properties were very close together. Both neighboring groups smoked frequently, including marijuana on one side, which prevented us from enjoying the patio since we are non-smokers and traveling with children. Aside from those issues, we had a wonderful time and loved the convenient location and the home itself." (10/5)

I can’t remember if the amount of steps was mentioned in the description, but there are a lot of steps.  Fortunately it wasn’t a problem for our group. 
We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the house. Initially our only concern was that it is pet friendly. We do not have inside pets so we normally only book places that don’t allow pet. Our concern was put to rest by the cleanliness. You would never have known there had been pet inside. Saying this incase someone else might have the same concern that we had. 
Beautifully furnished! Outside cushions do need to be repaired or replaced.
