Our Story

Cody & Madison Ball

Cody has held corporate sales and leadership roles since 2015, specializing in sales, marketing, and business operations. That foundation, paired with a passion for real estate and entrepreneurship, led him and Madison to build their own investment portfolio while helping others do the same. Today Cody handles property and market analysis, owner onboarding, listing and pricing optimization, marketing strategy, and performance reporting, all aimed at earning owners the highest possible return on their investment.

Madison is a former pediatric nurse turned stay-at-home mompreneur with a heart for clean living and hospitality. She leads property design, amenity selection, and guest communication, with the goal of a five-star review on every stay. We live in Kansas City with our two children, but we are beach bums at heart and return to Gulf Shores as often as we can, serving the Alabama Gulf Coast communities for years to come.
