Summer Salt Community in central Orange Beach, AL
☀ Pool is open year round from 8:00am-10:00pm and is not heated but typically stays warm enough to swim through October and into November
☀ We use a fantastic house cleaning company that provides clean bedding, towels/wash cloths, and a starter kit for each new guest that includes 1 use of the following items to get you started for your trip: Dishwasher soap, liquid dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent.
☀ Primary renter must be age 25 or older to book per HOA requirements
Hot Tub & Gas Fire Table Guest Agreement
Assumption of Risk
Guest acknowledges the Property includes a hot tub and gas fire table which are inherently hazardous and may result
in serious injury, permanent disability, or death. Guest voluntarily assumes all risks associated with their use.
Release & Waiver of Liability
Guest releases and waives all claims against Owner and Management Company for injury or death arising from use or
misuse of the hot tub or gas fire table, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Owner and Management Company from any claims or damages
arising from Guest or Guest invitees’ use of these amenities.
Hot Tub Rules & Etiquette
Use at your own risk. No diving or jumping. Children must be supervised. Limit sessions to 15–20 minutes. No glass. Shower before use. Hot tub covers are for insulation only and are not designed to support weight. DO NOT stand, sit, or
lie on covers. Replace cover after use.
Gas Fire Table Rules
Adult use only. Decorative use only. Use approved fuel only. Never leave unattended. Turn off completely after use. Do
not operate during high winds or while impaired.
Damage & Fees
Guest is responsible for damage, misuse, contamination, excessive cleaning, or repairs related to these amenities.
Acknowledgment
By booking and occupying the Property, Guest agrees to all terms of this Addendum.

We had THE BEST TIME here! The townhouse is beautiful, spacious, and surrounded by everything you need. We walked to the beach, the swimming pool, and restaurants. The hosts left recommendations on fun things to do, places to go, and favorite places to eat. My family had the best time and we already can’t wait to come back.
Madison and Cody were excellent host! They responded to me quickly and communicated very effectively. My family and I felt right at home in their home. Their place is beautiful and very peaceful. The restaurants they suggested were great. The check-in was very easy and so was the checkout. They checked on us periodically to make sure we were enjoying our stay and I thought that was amazing. I would recommend their home to anyone and I would definitely stay there again!
My family really enjoyed staying here. The hot tub was a nice touch at night and at the end of a busy walking day. The pool was nice and plenty of lounge chairs were available. The pool has a covered area that was perfect to sit with our baby while we watched our bigger kids. The house itself was great. Plenty of natural light throughout the house. The beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay!
