We use a fantastic house cleaning company that provides clean bedding, towels/wash cloths, and a starter kit for each new guest that includes 1 use of the following items to get you started for your trip: Dishwasher soap, liquid dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent.
Primary renter must be aged 25 years or older per HOA requirements
NOTE From September 15th, 2026 through January 31st, 2027. renovations will be taking place to the exterior of the Phoenix IV building that this unit is in. There will be noise and visible construction during this time frame. Prices are discounted accordingly for this time frame and if a guest books for a reservation within 9/15-26-1/31/27, no further refunds will be given for the construction disturbances taking place.

We enjoyed our stay so much, we are already looking to book for next year! Great location, beautiful home, very responsive hosts, and everything we could’ve asked for!
We had a wonderful stay! The beachfront location was beautiful, and the space was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. The owner was by far one of the most responsive, friendly, and accommodating hosts we’ve ever had. Communication was excellent, and they made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. One thing to note is that beach chairs are not provided. Rentals were $50 per day or $95 for two days. This isn’t the owner’s fault, but it’s something future guests may want to plan for. Also, the pool tended to get crowded fairly quickly during the day. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, cozy, and very spacious. The layout was perfect for our large family and gave everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together. We especially loved the beachfront patio. It was the perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful views and unwind. The proximity to the beach was fantastic, and having easy access to the pools was a huge bonus. Overall, it was a great place for our family vacation, and we would definitely stay here again!
