☀ We use a fantastic house cleaning company that provides clean bedding, towels/wash cloths, and a starter kit for each new guest that includes 1 use of the following items to get you started for your trip: Dishwasher soap, liquid dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent.
☀ Pool is open year round from 8:00am-10:00pm and is not heated but typically stays warm enough to swim through October and into November
☀ This house is on stilts so their are stairs! Stairs to get to the main living area and then stairs to get to the upstairs bedrooms.
☀ Primary renter must be aged 25 years or older per HOA requirements
☀ 4BR / 3.5 BA luxury home located in the exclusive "Osprey" community
☀ Short 5 minute walk from beach access to the beautiful white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast

The condo itself is very nice, but it is in disrepair and very dirty. The carpet in the living area was filthy. If I had had children with me, I would have rolled up the carpet to make it more sanitary. The couch, living room chairs, and chair pads at the kitchen bar and deck were very stained and thin. The wire fencing on the deck was broken - making it unsafe for little kids. The dishwasher was unsafe – when we pulled out the bottom rack and top rack at the same time, it fell out of the cabinet and hit our feet. The washing machine was full of black mold. We did a sanitary cycle, but the mold was still present under the rubber gasket. The beds and linens were not cleanly. One mattress pad had stained blood; a bed sideboard had an unsanitary brown stain. The towels were very thin and old. The owner is trying to sell the condo; perhaps this is why it has not been maintained . If the repairs and needed replacements are made, it would be a fine condo. Otherwise, I cannot recommend it.
It was extremely nice to be able to relax with my grandsugars and enjoy the beach and enjoy the pool and the house just been able to have a great family vacation. We're trying to build lots memories and so this will be our family trip every year would love to come back and stay at their home because it was excellent!!!.🥰❤️❤️
